Meet Our Founder & MD

Neo Peete is a seasoned Golf Event Specialist, Promoter, and Content Creator with more than a decade of experience delivering high-profile golf tournaments and corporate events across South Africa and the African continent. Through her company Zawadi Concepts, Neo has developed a strong reputation for conceptualising and executing professional, corporate, and charity golf experiences that merge strategy, creativity, and hospitality excellence. With a background rooted in event management and sports promotion, Neo has been part of major tournaments on both the Sunshine Tour and Challenge Tour (now Hotel Planner Tour), including the Joburg Open, SDC Open, SDC Championship, Vodacom Origins of Golf, SA Open, and Alfred Dunhill Championship at the prestigious Leopard Creek Golf Estate. As one of the few Black women to carve a leadership role in this male-dominated industry, Neo brings a fresh and inclusive perspective to the business of golf. Her goal is to drive transformation, visibility, and growth across the golf ecosystem - from professional tours to grassroots participation
